If you ever wondered exactly how the Just Gamble For Free process works, we have a treat for you. We are going to have a "Gambling Adventure" with the cash we earned taking surveys. The goal was to have fun gambling at online or land based casinos using our free money, and try to make more money in the process.

For our bankroll, we just took money from the checks that came in on the day of April 29th and cash from a focus group study that was on restaurant dining. (I gave my opinion on several new menu items at Stuart Anderson's Black Angus Restaurant, had free food and got paid $75.00 for my opinion!)

I decided to begin at one of my favorite online casinos Grand Hotel, where I deposited $100.00 and played Aces and Faces video poker. I cashed out with $201.25 45 minutes later. So our total is $315.25. But I tried $36 at another online casino and lost, so we are back to $279.25. I have always liked Grand Hotel. I deposited the $100.00 with them and received my winnings via Neteller three days later which is pretty good.

Next, I deposited $75.00 into PartyPoker.com. Ended up losing it, but in the process I entered 5 single table tournaments and played at the tables 6 times before it went, so I can say I had fun while it lasted. I had $204.25 left and wanted to build it up, so I took $100.00 to the online casino known as Captain Cook's to play. The balance went up and down, but eventually that was lost too. (Ouch!) Things were looking down except I still had $104.25 left and decided to put $25.00 to work at another online casino. For some reason I wanted to play the 15-line Major Millions progressive with my $25.00, so I did. I was down to my last $5.95, clicked to take my last spin when a few symbols lined up that paid some cash. I kept going until I hit enough wins to build my balance up to $211.20. Seeing that I had been given a second chance, I cashed out immediately.

I had fun at online casinos and online poker rooms with my free money. But seeing that a trip to Las Vegas was coming up on the 20th for the weekend, I decided to hold onto my winnings of $290.45, ($211.20 + $79.25), for land based casino action.

We stayed at the Paris Las Vegas Hotel and Casino on the Strip across from the Bellagio. It's tough to get a seat at a poker table on the weekends and I got enough poker action online, so I didn't play poker in Las Vegas this trip. I took out my player's card and played my favorite slot game, Jackpot Party. (Always use your player's card! That's how I stay for free!) I had fun, receiving 5 bonus rounds which was what I needed to cash out $50.00 to the positive after 1 1/2 hours. So my survey adventure ended with me having a total of $340.45. Now, I did not hit the big one or end up with a lot of cash. But what I like is that I gambled for real money and had fun with not one dime out of my pocket. So even if I lost it all, I didn't lose a penny from my paycheck. Basically I was able to just gamble for free!
